Not ever a busy “picture” month for me, since I’d usually be working my butt off. I did have a busy July in 2017!
I always get super nervous about taking pictures for weddings, and engagements, and even just family snaps. My friend, Dave asked me to take the photos for his engagement as well as his wedding – thankfully, both were great! Below is the rings photo for their engagement.
I am not a bargain hunter by any means. We have a super small house and don’t have much “stuff”. But one afternoon, I was out of work early and went for a ride. I hit up Searsport and the whole thrift shop thing. I bought stuff for other people, and took a boat load of fun pictures.
In July of 2017 we welcomed to the fold, Echo. Storm, our 15yo dog, passed away and Jules really wanted another dog. And here she is: Echo. The biggest pain in the arse ever. No, she’s a pretty good dog, has her quirks, but then again, we’re quirky!
4th of July in Stonington, ME! Wow, I wasn’t expecting how much fun I’d have. Food on the pier, plenty of things to take pics of and fireworks! I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon Stapleton, from Reuters Mag that day, and we talked settings and camera – he snapped pics from the pier and I, well I followed the locals.
