It’s a blast to look through photos you’ve taken. Brings back a lot of memories.
We spent a weekend up at Little Madawaska Lake, and had a blast!
In 2015 I did something I never thought I’d do. I started my adventure as a traveling PTA. I interviewed for a job in early August and by late August I was driving across the country to New Mexico. To a lil burg called Clayton.
I was all over the place in 2016 – Maine, Mass, NM.
I spent ALL of 2017 in Stonington Maine, working for VNA/Hancock County Home Care – I loved it.
Every single one of those sunsets is a different night. Yup. I tell you, down east was a fun place to live for a year.
It’s a well known fact that I love a great sunrise and a wonderful sunset. This year on 7.23.2012 was Julia and I’s anniversary, while we really don’t need anything, or have to give one another things, because we have each other, and that’s saying a lot. We don’t have much money, I being in school and two months ago she was operated on for surgery and that threw us back in the money department. Yet…. we spent the day at work together and came home, normal as can be. We looked outside as the sun was going down and it was wickedly colorful. “So, want to go chase the sun?” I asked her, we hopped in the car and went. These are just a few of the pictures I took (these are HDR’ed). You don’t really need money, or gifts to celebrate, just a moment….
While I know The Hunger Games is the hottest thing on the block, I have a feeling when Carrie Ryan’s Forest of Hands and Teeth series does make it to the big screen, if the casting is done right and the zombies, yes, the ZOMBIES are done with perfection – it might not be of HG proportions, but it will be close (if done right). For some reason, while I love the HG I adored FoHaT because I live in a place where there are trees, everywhere and the setting could very well be MY back yard. I could see the Forest that Mary spoke of, so one day when riding 4-wheeler I took a few pictures that reminded me of that novel. If you haven’t read it, I suggest you do
